No. Your store credit will not expire.
Am I able to try on clothing before I order?
No. We do not have any clothing available to try on. Please use the corresponding size charts to ensure you are ordering the correct fit.
Where can I find the Wings dress code?
A copy of the Wings dress code may be found on the InSite homepage under “Human Resources”. Please review this policy before ordering clothing from the Wings brand store to ensure that the items you are purchasing align with the dress code for your position.
How do I use my store credit?
Store credits can be applied at the final payment page of an order by entering the store credit code and clicking “apply.” The store credit amount can cover product, shipping, and tax. Your credit will not expire, and any remaining balance can be used for a future purchase. If your code does not cover the full cost of your order, you will need to enter credit card information to pay for the remaining amount due. You can apply multiple codes to an order.
Where should I ship my item?
We recommend you ship your item(s) to your primary shipping address. Orders are no longer batched monthly and shipped to Wings branches. You must enter the address you want the item shipped to.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes. Because orders are no longer batched and shipped to Wings branch locations, you will be required to pay for the shipping cost of your order. We recommend you purchase all the items you want in one order to reduce shipping costs. Additionally, because orders are no longer batched, you should experience shorter wait times to receive your order.
How long will my order take?
Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks from the order date to be produced and delivered.
Am I allowed to return my item?
No. Returns are not allowed on WingsWear orders. Exceptions include receiving an incorrect item from what was originally ordered, or if the item is damaged at the time of delivery. Please use the corresponding size charts to ensure you are ordering the correct fit.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with an order?
If you are having trouble submitting an order, or you received your order and there is an issue with the item delivered, you may contact customer service by completing the form under ‘Contact Us’ on the Wings Brand Store homepage.
What should I do if my WingsWear becomes damaged?
Please take proper care of your Wings apparel. You can order additional shirts, but you will be responsible to pay for any additional ordered merchandise. Wings will not add store credit to your account if your shirt becomes damaged throughout the year.
How often will new shirt options be added to the store?
Wings will revisit apparel options at the beginning of each year and as the selected clothing becomes discontinued.
Are members able to purchase WingsWear or merchandise?
No, WingsWear is only available to current Wings employees.
